ACADEMIC YEAR
The Academic Year is divided into two semesters of 18 weeks duration and a summer class offered in six (6) weeks.
The first semester usually starts in June and ends in October. The second semester starts in November and ends in March. The summer session starts on April until May. All academic units are offered on a semestral basis.
CREDIT UNIT
One unit is equivalent to eighteen (18) hours of lecture or thirty-six (36) hours of laboratory.
